Restaurant Captain

  • Ensures that Guests have a pleasant and memorable dining experience.
  • Monitors setup, maintenance, cleanliness and safety of Dining areas.
  • Supervises and trains the Staff to Club standards of excellence.
  • Act as Manager on Duty in absence of the Operations Manager.
  • Must be able to complete opening and closing duties/checklists in a timely fashion.
  • Coordinate food service between kitchen and dining staff. S
  • Enforces Club Rules and policies.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years serving or supervisory experience required in fine dining or upscale restaurant.
  • Professional, articulate, friendly, and punctual.
  • Possesses and exhibits the drive to provide exceptional Guest service.
  • Proficient in computer skills including POS systems, Word and Excel.
  • Must have good communication and ability to promote sales.
  • Must be skilled in time management.
  • Must have teaching and motivational skills

Attitude:

  • Must exhibit an excellent service attitude and be willing to go out of their way to accommodate the Guests and exceed their expectations.
  • Possess the highest work ethics, personal morals and honesty beyond reproach.

Bartender

We are looking for enthusiastic bartenders to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. The successful candidate will be able to mix and match ingredients in order to create classic and innovative drinks in accordance with customers’ needs and expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
  • Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
  • Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
  • Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
  • Plan and present bar menu
  • Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
  • Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Requirements

  • Proven working experience as a bartender
  • Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
  • Computer literacy
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to keep the bar organised, stocked and clean
  • Relevant training certificate

Steward

We are looking for smart, witty, passionate Stewards to not only serve our guests well but also to be able to deliver an experience

Steward will be responsible for many duties including:

  • Offer superior guest service
  • Interact with guests, take orders and serve food.
  • Ensure company and department standards are followed
  • Ensure all equipment are working
  • Ensure any malfunctioning equipment is promptly repaired or replaced
  • Maintain a clean environment.

Required experience:

  • Hospitality: 1 year

Requirements

  • Proven working experience as a steward/server
  • Computer literacy
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to keep the Restaurant organised, stocked and clean
  • Relevant training certificate
